3. Disclaimer Acceptance Logs
We record your acceptance of our disclaimer with date, time, and IP address. This serves as evidence of agreement to our terms and is retained for legal compliance.
4. Third-Party AI Processing
Film analysis inputs are processed by Anthropic PBC's Claude AI. Your inputs may be used in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or unpublished screenplay content.
5. Data Security
We use HTTPS, secure session cookies, hashed passwords, and server-side security measures. No security system is 100% secure — use the platform at your own risk.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@cinefixai.com. Note that disclaimer acceptance logs may be retained for legal compliance even after account deletion.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian law, including applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
